What we collect

When you complete the booking form we collect your monthly marketing budget range, the ad platforms you are interested in, your company name and website, your name, email address and phone number, and the call time you select. We also record standard advertising and analytics parameters that arrive with your visit — such as Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), UTM campaign parameters, the referring page and the landing page you arrived on.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and hold your strategy call.
• To prepare for that call and follow up with you about our services.
• To measure which advertising campaigns bring in enquiries.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our booking process, including our hosting and database provider and Google Calendar (for scheduling the call and issuing the meeting link). These providers process your information only to deliver those services to us.

Cookies and tracking

Advertising parameters are stored in your browser so we can attribute an enquiry to the campaign it came from. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing acquixition@gmail.com, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
